Instructions for fighting against houses when storms come

People can protect their houses against storms with some relatively simple methods of fighting against the video clips below.

People can protect their houses against storms by several measures:

Minimize speed of sand roofs: For houses with a large slope, use loose sandbags weighing 15 – 20kg, connected by wire and place over the roof so that the sandbags are close to the top. the top of the roofing sheet or the contiguous edge of the roofing sheets. The distance between sandbags is 1.5m in the area between the roof and 1m at the edge of the roof. For houses with a small slope, do the same as above but do not need to connect the sandbags together.

Minimize roof speed, pour roof with bracing A combined with anchor wire to the ground: With corrugated iron roof, fibroximang, put the horizontal bar with trees, wood, steel on the roof about 1m apart. Next to the A-bracing, the top of the A is at the junction between the two roofs, about 2.5m apart from the bar. Tie bars and tie rods tightly with steel wire or other types of string, then use steel wire or rope, tie an A-bracing anchors to stakes driven 1 to 1.5 meters deep into the ground.
Seal doors and gaps to prevent drafts into the house: Fasten door latches, window anchors to the door with a blow to each house to prevent drafts from opening the door. Tape the glass door with wide tape to minimize breakage. Close gaps between top of wall and roof, ventilation holes in wall, gable and door.

What can we recycle?

People buy millions of plastic bottles every minute and at least a quarter of them are not recycled.

The most recent EPA investigation by the US Department of Environmental Protection on waste in the United States showed that 262.4 million tons of waste was collected in 2015, the equivalent of 40 Pyramids. Giza, and on average, each person discharges 2.5 kg of garbage per day.

We can only recycle about a quarter of what we emit, but the rising cost makes some cities skip the recycling problem. Even in places where efforts to limit waste cannot be recycled, all recyclables can not be recycled. So how much is actually recycled and reused?

Plastic cups and dishes: 0%
Most dining utensils are made of polystyrene. It was so bulky that no pickup could collect. We only use 24% of this plastic to convert its heat into electricity, not create new things.

Disposable diapers: 0%
The baby’s buttocks look very cute, but the diapers have an environmental impact. We can recycle by burning to create energy, but dirty diapers contain a variety of materials such as wood pulp, plastic … and affect the cost of recycling. So consider using cloth diapers to help your child have a cleaner planet.

Bottle of water and milk: 30%
People buy millions of plastic bottles every minute and at least a quarter can never be recycled. Fish, clams, and even sea salt can contain microplastic resins.

Tires: 40%
Tire recycling has grown nine-fold since 1970, due in part to the need for asphalt and soft playgrounds for children. Piles of used wheels can contaminate water sources, increasing the risk of spreading diseases, insects, or even exploding.

Aluminum can and foil: 55%
About 70% of cans are made from recycled materials, and nearly 75% of aluminum is still reused to this day.

Newspaper: 72%
People reuse or produce energy from the majority of old newspapers. And, unlike plastic waste, these products do not fall into the category of issues of concern as newspaper sales have more than halved since 2000.
